Our manufacturing facility in Vietnam represents one of the most advanced cabinet production environments in the world. The region has developed deep expertise in furniture and cabinetry over generations — a culture of precision craft embedded in the way our teams work, inspect, and take pride in what they make.
We partner directly with our production team. Our quality standards are set in detail, enforced at every stage, and verified before any cabinet ships. We don't outsource our oversight.
Every board, sheet, and component is graded before entering production. We source high-grade plywood — not particleboard.
CNC machinery calibrated to tolerances of less than 1mm across every component, every time.
Multiple coats applied in controlled environments, sanded between stages, inspected under directional lighting.
Every cabinet inspected by hand. Defects are corrected or rejected — not shipped.
High-grade plywood with moisture-resistant treatment. We use plywood — not particleboard — because it holds fasteners better, resists warping, and lasts significantly longer.
Solid wood frames and MDF center panels where appropriate. Every door is inspected for grain consistency, finish uniformity, and dimensional accuracy before shipping.
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides rated for 100,000 cycles. The mechanisms you interact with every day should feel as considered as the cabinet they're part of.
Applied in controlled environments, multiple coats with sanding between stages. Final inspection under directional lighting. We do not ship imperfect cabinets.
Limited lifetime warranty on all cabinet box construction and structural integrity.
Five-year warranty on all soft-close hinges, drawer slides, and hardware components.
